Acting for Climate Together (ACT) 

About the Program

Acting for Climate Together (ACT) is a community-driven initiative to inspire local groups to take climate action through projects and activities. The original program encouraged teams to complete actions, earn recognition, and help reduce emissions across the region.

What’s Changed?

ACT has evolved into a Roundtable Discussion model, designed to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Instead of individual projects, we now bring together government staff, community members, and organizations to:

  • Discuss climate action initiatives and emerging opportunities

  • Share ideas, resources, and best practices

  • Identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities

Meeting Schedule

We meet on the third Monday, every second month from 12 to 1 p.m. Here’s the 2026 schedule:
