Parks Services Recreation Services Southern Recreation Services 

Oceanside Recreation Services provides services for Electoral Areas E, F, G and H, the City of Parksville and Town of Qualicum Beach.

Area A Recreation Services provides recreation and culture for Electoral Area A including Cedar, Cassidy, South Wellington and Yellowpoint.
