Protocol Agreements

Protocol agreements are agreements between the Regional District of Nanaimo and other local organizations. These agreements establish how the RDN and these organizations interact and communicate, to help guide the relationship between the RDN and these organizations. Currently, the RDN has protocol agreements with four organizations:  

• Qualicum First Nation (Cooperation Protocol Between the Qualicum First Nation and the RDN)

• Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee (Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee Protocol Agreement with RDN) 

• Nanaimo Port Authority (Protocol Agreement between Port of Nanaimo and the RDN)
