Service Alert - Temporary iCity Outage December 10 - 11, 2024

The Regional District of Nanaimo’s (RDN) Financial Online Services Portal will be temporarily offline from 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, for system upgrades and maintenance. The public will be unable to access their utility accounts through the online portal, request utility charge certificates, pay utility bills or do other utility billing-related activities online during the scheduled maintenance.
