Vendors are advised the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to negotiate and direct award an agreement with Knappett Industries Ltd. for the repair of three manholes and six pipe joint repairs located on the beach in the Parksville Qualicum Wildlife Management Area and three manholes on the beach on the Nanaimo Northshore.
