The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) Subdivision District ‘B’ to Rural 6 (RU6) Subdivision District ‘D’, to reduce the minimum parcel size from 8.0 hectares to 2.0 hectares, in order to pursue a four-lot subdivision and to reduce the number of permitted dwelling units from two to one per parcel.
