Notice of Temporary Use Permit Renewal PL2026-028

The Board of the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to consider a resolution to issue a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) Renewal respecting 3805 Melrose Road, in Electoral Area F, at its regular meeting on September 22, 2026, at 1 p.m.  The purpose of the proposed permit is to allow an ATV practice and training facility along with accessory campground use for a period of three years.  A TUP for this use was previously issued in 2023 and will expire in October 2026.
