The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Online Services portal (Vadim Open) will be temporarily unavailable to allow for scheduled maintenance. Members of the public will be unable to access their utility accounts through the online portal, request utility charge certificates, pay utility bills or do other utility billing-related activities online during the scheduled maintenance.
