Service Alert - iCity Overnight Outage on February 17, 2026

The Regional District of Nanaimo’s (RDN) Financial Online Services Portal will be temporarily offline from 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17 until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18 to allow for system upgrades and maintenance. Members of the public will be unable to access their utility accounts through the online portal, request utility charge certificates, pay utility bills or do other utility billing-related activites online during the scheduled maintenance.
