The Regional District of Nanaimo is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting Lot D, Horne Lake Road and Highway 19, in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone, Subdivision District 'D' to Rural Residential 1.5 (RR1.5) sub zone, Subdivision District 'D', under "Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw No. 2500, 2024" for a new residential-commercial development.
