Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2023-101

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting 85 Henry Morgan Drive, in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to amend "Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw No. 2500, 2024" by rezoning the subject property from Residential 2 (RS2) to a Comprehensive Development Zone to allow the creation of a residential development consisting of up to eight parcels supporting one dwelling unit per parcel and one larger parcel supporting up to 19 dwelling units of limited size.
