The RDN is conducting an Alternative Approval Process for the "Nanoose Bay Peninsula Water Service Area Reservoir Improvement Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 1911, 2024" ("Bylaw No. 1911") to authorize the borrowing of the estimated cost of water storage reservoir improvements in the Nanoose Bay Peninsula Water Service Area within a portion of Electoral Area E (the "Service Area").
