The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to design and supply an open-bottom corrugated steel-plate arch culvert with precast concrete foundations and vegetated MSE headwalls to replace the existing concrete bridge across Morningstar Creek at the French Creek Pollution Control Centre (FCPCC).
