    Eligible electors of the District 69 Swimming Pool Local Service Area which includes resident electors and non-resident property electors of the City of Parksville, the Town of Qualicum Beach and RDN Electoral Areas E, F, G and H, will be asked if they are in favour of borrowing up to $30,000,000 to finance the Ravensong Aquatic Centre expansion.
