    The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises of a Public Hearing regarding Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw 2500, 2024 (Bylaw 2500). This is the second part of the hearing which began on November 4, 2024. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the public to make representations to the RDN respecting matters contained in Bylaw 2500.  Resulting from the Bylaw 500 Update and Review Project, Bylaw 2500 is proposed to be the new primary planning document to be used in regulating use of land, buildings and structures within Electoral Areas A, C, E, G, and H.
