Artful Resilience

Everyone is welcome to attend "Artful Resilience," a public event that celebrates nature, art, and sustainability. This free and family-friendly event includes three climate-focused films, a collaborative hands-on art project, a tree-planting demonstration, and a tour of VIU’s Garry Oak Restoration project. There will also be interactive booths and displays where you can learn about the benefits of heat pumps from the Regional District of Nanaimo, speak with representatives from the Nanaimo Area Land Trust (NALT) about building a culture of stewardship, and watch a tree-planting demonstration.
