    A Public Hearing will be held for Amendment Bylaw 1285.37, respecting 1331 and 1343 Alberni Highway and 1330 Valley Road in Electoral Area F. The purpose of the Amendment Bylaw is to decrease the minimum parcel size from 1.0 hectare to 0.8 hectares and to increase the parcel coverage from 30 per cent on the first hectare and 5 per cent on the remaining hectares to 40 per cent parcel coverage.
