The applicant proposes to temporarily allow a use not permitted under the current Industrial 1 (IN1) Zone of "Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987". The proposed temporary use is to operate a pharmaceutical grade cannabis recycling, extraction and testing facility within an existing building located at 1451 Island Highway East in Nanoose Bay.Have Your Say
The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to introduce the proposed temporary use and to invite comments from the public regarding this application. Please note this is not a Public Hearing. A summary of the comments received at this meeting will be provided to the Electoral Area Services Committee and Regional Board as part of the application review process.Where Can I Inspect The Documents?
