The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application respecting 571, 575, 637 and 645 Cowland Road, in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural Residential 2 (RR2) Zone, Subdivision District 'A' to Rural Residential 1.6 (RR1.6), Subdivision District 'D', under "Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw No. 2500, 2024", to facilitate a 2-lot subdivision.
