RDN News Release - Curbside Collection Update

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is pleased to announce that the RDN Curbside Collection service will be fully restored by Saturday, June 27 with no further impact expected. The RDN appreciates residents’ patience while a viable solution was explored following the fire at a partner facility on June 24 that caused significant damage to the area used for collected recyclables. The RDN also thanks its curbside collection partners for the coordinated effort which has resulted in restoration of service within just a few days of the incident.
