Public Information Meeting for Non-Medical Cannabis Retail Store Licence Application No. Pl2026-063

A Public Information Meeting will be held at the Bradley Centre on July 6, 2026, at 6 p.m., concerning a Non-Medical Cannabis Retail Store Licence Application at 2254 and 2256 Alberni Highway, in Electoral Area F. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the proposed application and invite comments from the public. Please note that this is not a Public Hearing. A summary of the comments received will be provided to the Electoral Area Services Committee and the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Board as part of the review process. The RDN Board will consider comments received and the general community impacts of the proposal in a recommendation made to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB).
