Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) utility customers who pay their utility bill before July 6, 2026, get prompt payment discounts of $15 off their residential curbside collection charges and 10 per cent (10%) on their water and sewer charges, if applicable. Please note that discounts are not applicable for Sandpiper Bulk Water surcharge.
