RDN News Release - 2026-2030 Financial Plan Update and Tools

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Board approved the 2026-2030 financial plan on February 24, 2026. To support residents in better understanding their property taxes, a property tax brochure and supplemental information document for each of the RDN’s seven electoral areas and four member municipalities have been developed. These documents enable residents in each area to understand the taxation cost for the services they receive, and which are identified on their property tax notices.
