RDN News Release - 2025 Excellence Awards

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN), through the Oceanside Services Committee, recognizes amateur competitors who achieve first-place standing in a sport, artistic or cultural competition at a provincial, inter-provincial or national competition. In addition, the RDN recognizes amateur competitors who have been chosen by their organization to represent Canada at a recognized international competition. Nominees must be residents of the City of Parksville, Town of Qualicum Beach or Electoral Areas E, F, G or H and achieved their standing and achieved their standing before the nomination deadline. The RDN congratulates this year’s 47 award recipients.
