Notice of Liquor Licence Amendment with Structural Changes Application No. PL2025-119

The Board of the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) has received a request for a resolution regarding a proposed amendment to the liquor licence with structural changes respecting 2036 and 2038 Rocking Horse Place in Electoral Area E. The requested amendment is to increase the licensed capacity from 134 patrons inside the pub and 38 on the patio to a total of 150 patrons across both areas.
