The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) will be managing the day-to-day operations of the Cedar Heritage Centre in Electoral Area A effective July 1, 2024. The RDN is taking this role over from the Cedar School and Community Enhancement Society (CSCES). The CSCES had a long-standing agreement with the RDN during which the organization has been exemplary in running the centre and serving the Cedar community.
