Purpose of the Bylaw
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Agriculture 1 to Alternative Forms of Rural Development (AF1), under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987,” to allow seven dwelling units and the protection of the balance of the subject property in perpetuity for agriculture on the parcel shown.
