The purpose of this Tender is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to construct a new driveway and assembly area to improve access and functionality on the Regional District of Nanaimo’s (RDN’s) Bow Horn Bay Fire Hall located at 220 Lions way in Qualicum Bay.
