The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to assist in the development of a job classification and evaluation framework (Framework) for bargaining unit employees which will be jointly developed by a committee with representatives from both the RDN and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Local 401 (the Union).
