Closing Time
Vendors are advised the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to direct award a contract to Copcan Civil LP. (Copcan) for supply and delivery of sand used in a Biosolids Growth Medium fabrication program at Nanaimo Forest Products Ltd. (Harmac). The term of the agreement to supply and delivery of sand to Harmac would be from February 16, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
