Vendors are advised the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to direct award an industrial cleaning contract in excess of $75,000 to Walco Industries Ltd. to clean sand and silt from its digester tanks at its French Creek Pollution Control Centre located at 957 Lee Rd, Parksville, B.C. and haul away the residual for disposal.
