Invitation to Tenderers

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of a parking lot located at 2761 Benson View Road, Nanaimo BC. The work includes, site clearing, rock removal, roadworks, asphalt paving, drainage systems and landscape features. The work is to be substantially complete on or before May 31, 2019.

There will be an on-site (non-mandatory) tenderers meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 10:00am at 2761 Benson View Road. All persons in attendance must bring their own personal protection equipment (i.e., steel toe footwear, high visibility vest, etc.).

The procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. All Tenders must be in English.
