Fresh Air Fitness
Fresh Air Fitness is an independent, self-led fitness circuit.
- Simply download or open each exercise on your phone and do along the trail, using bridges, handrails and benches for support.
- Allow space between each exercise to walk, jog or run to get your heart rate up. Repeat as desired.
- Please be aware of the trail and others using it when exercising.
The Fresh Air Fitness circuit was designed to be used on the Lighthouse Country Regional Trail, but can be used on any relatively flat and wide trail.

Dynamic Stretching
Warm up, by gently stretching. Hold each exercise for 15-30 seconds.
Vertical Push-Up
Walking Lunges
Squats
Standing Calf Raise
Triceps Dips
Find a sturdy bench for this exercise, that allows you to "dip" down closer to the ground.
