The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises of a public hearing respecting a zoning amendment bylaw for property located at 1211 and 1221 Meadowood Way in Electoral Area F. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Commercial 1 (C-1) Zone to a new Mixed Use Meadowood Village Centre 2 (MU-2) Zone to add artisan studio, mini storage and recreational vehicle park (maximum of 14 RV spaces); and to remove care services and a gasoline service station as permitted uses.
This public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Meadowood Community Centre in Qualicum Beach.
