Purpose of the Bylaw
The purpose of the bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 Zone, Subdivision District ‘B’ to Rural 1 Zone, Subdivision District ‘CC,’ under “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987,” to reduce the minimum parcel size from 8.0 hectares to 4.0 hectares to facilitate a four-lot subdivision on the parcel shown.
