Vendors are advised the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to negotiate and direct award a contract to Harmac Pacific for the provision of biosolids management services.
The estimated value of the two (2) year agreement may be greater than $75,000.00.
Vendors wishing to challenge the RDN’s intention to negotiate and direct award a contract to Harmac Pacific must submit their objection, in writing, via email to the following person on, or before 3:00 p.m. PST on October 31, 2019:
