Bidders must supply with their Tenders a verifiable digital Bid Bond (e-bond) and a verifiable digital Consent of Surety as defined by the Surety Association of Canada https://suretycanada.com/SAC/Surety-Bonds/E-Bonding.aspx. Scanned copies are not acceptable.
