Most Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Water Service Areas will be downgrading watering restrictions to Stage 1 effective October 19 for the remainder of October. On November 1, all watering restrictions will be lifted except for the Decourcey and Surfside Water Service Areas which will remain at Stage 4 due to operational needs.
