Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2022-139

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting 594 Karl's Way in Electoral Area G. The applicant proposes to rezone a 3,100 square meter portion of the subject property from Residential 1 (RS1) Subdivision District ‘Q’ to Public 1 (PU1) Subdivision District ‘Q’ to recognize the existing institutional use. The remaining portion of the subject property would retain the RS1 zone to allow the option of a future two-lot subdivision.
