The Regional District of Nanaimo invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to complete the detailed design for the replacement/upgrade of the Greater Nanaimo Pollution Control Centre (GNPCC) gas flare including structural, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and piping design.
