Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2022-170

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting Lot 3, Anderson Avenue in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) Subdivision District 'CC' to Rural 6 (RU6) Subdivision District 'D' to reduce the minimum parcel size from 4.0 hectares to 2.0 hectares to allow for a two-lot subdivision.
