Public Hearing for Application No. PL2022-093 - Amendment Bylaw No. 500.438

A Public Hearing will be held for Amendment Bylaw 500.438, respecting 1035 Shayla Road in Electoral Area H. The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) Subdivision District ‘B’ to Rural 6 (RU6) Subdivision District ‘D’, to reduce the minimum parcel size from 8.0 hectares to 2.0 hectares, in order to pursue a four-lot subdivision and to reduce the number of permitted dwelling units from two to one per parcel.

This Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
