Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2018-081

The amendment application proposes to rezone the subject property from Commercial 3.1 zone under “Regional District of Nanaimo Electoral Area ‘F’ Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw No. 1285, 2002”, to a new zone that would decrease the minimum parcel size from 1.0 hectare to 0.8 hectares and increase the parcel coverage from 30 per cent on the first hectare and 5 per cent on remaining hectares to 40 per cent parcel coverage.
