A Public Hearing will be held for Amendment Bylaw 1285.36 respecting 1530, 1540 and 1550 Springhill Road, Electoral Area F. The purpose of the Amendment Bylaw is to amend the “Regional District of Nanaimo Electoral Area ‘F’ Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw No. 1285, 2002” to rezone the subject property from Industrial 1 (I-1) to Industrial 5 (I-5) in order to allow the subject property to be subdivided into two parcels and to increase parcel coverage.
