In general terms, the purpose of the proposed permit is to allow the subject parcel to be used for temporary mini-storage using portable mini-storage buildings for a period of three (3) years.

All persons who believe that their interests in property are affected by the proposed permit will be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Board meeting. Written submissions must be received at the RDN office by 4:30 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2020, to ensure their inclusion in the public record. Following the Board meeting there will be no further opportunity to comment on this application.
WHERE CAN I INSPECT THE PERMIT?
This temporary use permit application may be viewed at the Planning counter on the main floor of the RDN Administration Building. The office is located at 6300 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, BC, open Monday to Friday, except public holidays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with extended business hours until 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
