Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2022-026

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting 1211 and 1221 Meadowood Way in Electoral Area F. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Commercial 1 (C-1) to a new Mixed Use Meadowood Village Center 2 (MU-2) zone, to add artisan studio, recreational vehicle park, mini storage, and recreation facility and remove care services and gasoline service station as permitted uses.
